The Woods on French Creek Achieves 5 Star Rating

The Woods on French Creek is proud to announce we have achieved the highest honor and are now recognized as a 5 Star Rated Facility by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).



The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services developed the star rating system to provide consumers with an easy way to search for nursing homes that provide the quality of care they desire. The ratings are based on health outcomes, staffing levels, annual health inspections, and overall quality. Facilities are ranked from a 1 to 5 Star Overall Rating.

Achieving a 5 Star rating by CMS is an honor to be proud of. This would not be possible without the dedicated team of caregivers who are committed to enriching the lives of the residents who we serve.
