WorkVivo Launch Party at French Creek!

On Tuesday, The Woods on French Creek hosted a Launch Party for their team as they kicked off the use of a new platform, WorkVivo! This platform will give the team a way to stay connected with their coworkers and the facility. There was a major turnout for the French Creek launch, which included games, food and lots of laughter!

Chef Paul flipped the burgers and hotdogs for an awesome cookout. The French Creek team had quite the challenge as they tried to guess the baby pictures of our management team. The engagement and bonding that took place during the event were incredible. French Creek-based trivia was posted throughout the day by the facility's Administrator, Alec. All who logged in and participated during the Launch Party received a t-shirt and PTO!



With this new addition, French Creek hopes to foster rich company culture within our building. We want to empower our staff, boost morale, encourage other employees, demonstrate goal and value alignment, and overall build our French Creek FAM strong!
